Spirit Realty Group is hosting a Bridal Fair & Open House at Waddell Vineyards

Vendor Invitation

Dear Vendor Representatives:

You are cordially invited to participate in the Waddell Vineyards 2023 Bridal Fair and Open House Event. Our event will take place on Friday, March 31st from 4-8pm.

The event theme is where rustic meets elegance. We anticipate approximately 50 exhibitors from area businesses, and we encourage you to invite your customers to enjoy a great experience.

We are inviting all of our vendors to display their bridal products and services. Exhibits (indoors at the Reception Barn) will open on Friday afternoon at 2:00pm for set up and close at 9pm after closing. The cost for an exhibit space is $100, or you can select to WAIVE the registration fee by bringing a Door Prize of $50 value (or more). Registration Deadline is Friday, March 24th.

Your event registration will also include your participation as an event sponsor. This is an excellent way to stand out, and increase your visibility with event attendees and promotional efforts.

If you know of anyone that would be interested in purchasing Waddell Vineyards, please invite them as well. We will be offering private tours to select individuals with interest throughout the event.
