THE CARRIAGE HOME: Have you ever wanted to own a piece of history? Daniel Hays, a Chickasaw man donated 16 acres of his allotment land for the school now known as East Central University. It is said his only request was that he be allowed to live in the native stone home he had built that set inside the 16 acres.
